ENROLLMENT FORM


INSTRUCTIONS

Please be sure to complete all applicable sections of enrollment. Please email completed and signed enrollment documents to workforcecenter@fairfieldcountyohio.gov

Or, submit completed enrollment in-person at Fairfield County’s Workforce Center located at 4465 Coonpath Road NW, Carroll Ohio 43112 between the hours of 8:00am-3:00pm.

 

Once your enrollment documents have been reviewed and accepted, you will receive confirmation via email from the Workforce Center. REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Students will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
All camps are provided at no cost to families.

Camp is for students attending schools in Fairfield County ONLY
(Rising 6th, 7th, and 8th graders).

HEALTHCARE HEROES CAMP
June 3rd-7th & July 8th-12th
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm
Do you enjoy science and are interested in Healthcare? Discover ways to fight germs and bacteria in the body and in food. Learn first aid, CPR and fun jobs in the healthcare field!

 

GIRLS STEM CAMP
June 3rd-7th & July 8th-12th
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm
Interested in learning to code and using technology for fun projects? Be a part of the inspired next generation of young women to learn about STEM and related careers!


TOTALLY TECHBOT CAMP
June 17th-21st & July 15th-19th
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm
Learn to build and program your own robot and learn about jobs in engineering technology!


BUILDERS CAMP
June 24th-28th & July 22nd-26th
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm
Did you know that construction trades use science, technology, engineering and math? Come to Builders Camp and learn about the science of skilled trades!

2024 Explore Summer Camp Highlights

With support from our partners at Ohio University, Hocking College, Pickerington City Schools and Lancaster City Schools, students in Fairfield County Workforce Center’s EXPLORE Summer Camps had an amazing summer! Students were able to take part in fun hands-on activities in manufacturing and healthcare. 

More than 200 students were introduced to careers in Engineering Technology, Healthcare, and Construction! Congratulations to all of students who participated. And a special thank you all of the organizations who volunteered their time to come out and speak to the students!
