Water Wastewater Management

Water treatment plant and system operators run the equipment, control the processes, and monitor the plants that treat water to make it safe to drink and use in our homes. Wastewater treatment plant and system operators remove pollutants from domestic and industrial waste.

Students will learn the basics in the biological and chemical processes behind water treatment and analysis. Students in this program have the capability to earn up to 9 credit hours through Hocking College.

Students will earn valuable training that will help them in obtaining a great career that can earn them a nationally recognized license as Water/ Wastewater Treatment Operator.
