Building Fairfield County’s Workforce

Only 64% of high school graduates in Fairfield County go immediately into college.


Employers in Fairfield County need employees. They need employees that have proven they can be successful in the workplace. However, the problem for recent high school graduates is that to gain the experience employers desire, they need an employer to take a chance on hiring them first.
